Portfolio Medics OC makes an effort to keep data collection and storage to a minimum. Portfolio Medics OC is prohibited by law from sharing client information with anybody. We will not permanently store your information. We will collect your information in order to complete the applications needed to set up your account. We usually enter your information directly into a Docusign template, and that is used to create and send a Docusign agreement to you. After that, the completed Docusign, and your personal information, will be sent to a Registered Investment Advisor who must adhere to very strict rules and regulations set by a securities governing body.
